Started about 10 A.M.,
fighting & driving the
rebels before us as
we advanced, un-
til about 4 P.M., when
we encamped, in an
old rebel camp, about
9 ms. from Murfreesboro.
The rain has poured down
upon us in torrents, all day.
A delightful day!!
